  • 1 pt. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 T. salt
  • 1 T. poultry seasoning
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 chicken, cut up, or assorted
    Chicken pieces

Mix together the cider vinegar, vegetable oil, salt, poultry seasoning, black pepper and beaten egg. Place chicken pieces in large bowl and pour marinade over chicken. You can marinate for 1 or more hours or grill immediately. Heat the grill to medium, and then transfer the chicken to the grill. While grilling, periodically turn chicken and also dip the chicken pieces in the marinade or brush the marinade on the chicken. Do not let the chicken burn. Usually takes about 20-25 minutes of grilling.
