

Keeler Kids at the Historic Keeler Tavern Museum
PROGRAM INFORMATION
Come and join us for a fun and educational summer experience! Each session is a weeklong local history program that offers boys and girls a unique chance to explore life in historic Ridgefield through a variety of fun, engaging, hands-on and age-appropriate activities, including crafts, games, songs, stories and foods from centuries past. This is the perfect opportunity for your child to step back into history and discover first-hand what life was like in historic Ridgefield as exemplified by the Keeler Tavern Museum.
DATES
SESSION I
July 8 - 12, 2013 , 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Boys and girls entering Grades 1 – 3
Theme: “Colonial Life at the Keeler Tavern Museum”
SESSION II
July 15 - 19, 2013, 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Boys and girls entering Grades 4 – 6
Theme: “Ridgefield During the Civil War”
COST
$250 per session ($225 with family membership, 10% sibling discount). This includes our special Keeler Kids T-shirt, all materials and supplies as well as snacks & drinks for the week. Children are asked to bring a bag lunch each day.
REGISTRATION
To register, please download and complete form. Please make sure to date and sign the liability release statement. To sign up multiple children, please fill out a separate form for each child. Note that siblings receive a 10% discount.
Please mail registration form and full payment to Keeler Tavern Museum, 132 Main Street, Ridgefield, CT 06877. Full payment is due at the time of registration. You can pay by credit card or check. Please make checks out to Keeler Tavern Museum, memo line “Keeler Kids 2013, Session #, Child’s Name”.
