Onsite Program Booking Form

Please complete our Onsite Program Booking Form at least 4 weeks prior to your requested Onsite Program date. Our programs run Tuesday through Thursday between 9:20am and 3pm. Onsite Program dates and times are subject to availability. A member of the Education Team will contact you to confirm your program details, cost, date, and time.

We request that schools arrange for 1 adult (chaperone or teacher) per 10 students. Space constraints in our historic house museum do not allow for more, unless an aide is needed.

Scheduling Your Program

Interactive Virtual Learning (IVL) programs cost $75 and are taught for 45 minutes. Extension Activities are crafts and hands-on experiments that tie to the program, costing $75 for 45 minutes of instruction plus $5 per student for materials. Materials will need to be picked up and returned by the teacher or class coordinator to Keeler Tavern Museum & History Center.
