KTM&HC's annual collaboration with Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra is Sunday, October 19! Featuring Francesca McNeeley & Friends - a dynamic concert performance with a focus on American music.
Francesca McNeeley & Friends is a quartet: violinists Annie Rabbat, Lillit Hartunian, and Miki-Sophia Cloud and cellist Francesca McNeeley. The group will perform a dynamic, interactive program featuring the music of American women composers.
The musical program will include:
- Middleground – Shelley Washington (b. 1991 -)
- Quartet No. 1 in G Major – Florence Price (1887-1953)
- Entracte – Caroline Shaw (b. 1982 -) Pulitzer Prize-winning composer
- Quartet in One Movement – Amy Beach (1867-1944)
- Strum – Jessie Montgomery (b. 1981 -) GRAMMY® Award-winning composer
