It's March 1, which means KTM&HC has officially reopened for the season! Join us on this combination Reopening/First Sunday for free site admission, which includes a tour of our historic museum and access to all current exhibits.

Additionally, from 1 to 4 p.m., join KTM&HC educators in the Garden House for fun, free activities suitable for visitors of all ages. This month, we're getting ready for National Read Across America Day (March 2) by making books! Learn simple and decorative ways to assemble a book - from folding to gluing to sewing - and make your own personalized version to take home.

No advance registration is needed, but visitors should first check in at the red brick Visitor Center.
